1. Scope

This Content Policy applies to all advertisement creatives, text, images, audio, video, and any other material uploaded to the AdBaBa Platform by Advertisers ("Ad Content"). By submitting Ad Content, you confirm that you have read this policy and that your content complies with all requirements herein.

AdBaBa's content review is a compliance check, not an editorial endorsement. Approval of content by AdBaBa does not constitute any warranty that the content complies with all applicable laws — that responsibility rests solely with the Advertiser.

2. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the AdBaBa Platform. Submission of prohibited content will result in immediate rejection and may result in account suspension:

  • Defamatory content — content that makes false statements of fact about any individual, company, brand, or group that would damage their reputation.
  • Hate speech — content promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence against any person or group on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

  • Alcohol advertising: permitted only in accordance with applicable state laws and must not be targeted at or appeal to persons under 25. Must include responsible drinking messaging where required.

Political campaignsWithin 48 hours of submission
  • If your creative is rejected, you will receive a notification with the specific reason for rejection within the review period.
  • You may submit a revised creative addressing the stated reason once. A second revision submission following a second rejection is not permitted for that specific campaign.
  • AdBaBa reserves the right to reject any creative without providing reasons in cases where the content clearly violates this policy or applicable law.
  • Once a creative is approved for a campaign, the same creative may be reused in future campaigns without re-review, provided the content has not changed.

5. Enforcement

AdBaBa may take the following enforcement actions for violations of this Content Policy:

  • Rejection: refusing to approve or run an advertisement.
  • Removal: taking down a live advertisement that is found to violate this policy after approval.
  • Account suspension: temporary suspension of access to the Platform pending investigation.
  • Account termination: permanent removal from the Platform for serious or repeated violations.
  • Reporting to authorities: referral to law enforcement, the ECI, ASCI, or any other relevant regulatory authority where content may constitute a criminal offence or regulatory violation.

No refund is provided where a campaign is removed or suspended due to the Advertiser's violation of this Content Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

AdBaBa will review all reports and respond within 15 days. Valid reports will result in content review and appropriate enforcement action.
