AdBaBa Channel Partner Terms

Effective: 2025
1. Commission Structure
5% on regular bookings. 8% on all SYNC campaigns (City, State, National). Paid within 14 days of campaign payment confirmation by the client to AdBaBa.
2. Payment Terms
Commissions paid via bank transfer or international wire in INR or USD. Partner provides valid banking details upon approval. TDS deducted as applicable under Indian Income Tax Act.
3. Partner Obligations
Represent AdBaBa honestly and accurately. Do not promise pricing, delivery, or features not listed on adbaba.in. Disclose referral relationship to all clients.
4. Exclusivity
Non-exclusive by default. AdBaBa may appoint multiple partners in the same geography unless a separate exclusivity agreement is signed in writing.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice to partners@adbaba.in. All commissions earned before termination are paid in full within 30 days.
6. Confidentiality
The following must be kept strictly confidential: screen owner identities and pricing, platform fee percentages, client campaign data, and pricing engine logic.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
